We have outlined what we think are important factors so we can continue to deliver quality flowers and gifts every time.

Our Guarantee To You- Refund Policy
You will receive our 100%, no questions asked , cash refund should these regretfully happen to your order.
a. Your flowers and gifts arrive damaged in transit.
b.They are not delivered on the day requested or and to the correct address. However this would not happen if we have been given incorrect delivery address and contact details.
c. The incorrect order was sent....eg.Red roses were ordered and yellow were sent.
d. Our flowers are not fresh on arrival.
Evidence of the above may be requested. Of course should you prefer your goods to be replaced Flowers Auckland would always consider this.

Return and Replacement Policy
Should there be any reasons that you consider the above we will very willingly welcome goods to be returned, to be inspected, and considered for a full replacement. We would considerall reasonable situations for this to happen. Flowers and plants must be returned within 2 days and all other flower gifts within 7 days.

Flowers Auckland Flower substitute Policy
While we will always endeavour to meet full requirements of your order this is not always possible with the seasons and our stock availability. This gives Flowers Auckland every right to substitute flower types and colours when needed. We would substitute flower types BEFORE colour. The overall "style" of your order would always be very close to whats pictured.

Exemptions to this
a. Rose colours would never be changed. We would always contact first should this ever be in question
b. White sympathy flowers would always be sent when ordered.

Delivery Procedures
Most of our orders are delivered by our specialised floral couriers. They will be delivered to the address, and person when possible.

Residential Addresses: should there be no-one home the order will be left at a safe place away from street view and weather. Should this not be possible due to locked gates, dogs, etc the courier will attempt to phone the recipient (if a delivery number has been made possible),a calling card will be left and the courier will retain the order during that same day and every effort will be made by them and Flowers Auckland to make contact ASAP. The order will be returned to Flowers Auckland should this not happen during the same day.
A re-delivery on the same day or following  WILL (most likely) incur an extra full delivery charge. When this occurs we will make contact with the sender to recover the extra charge (if any) that the delivery has, or will cost. Should time permits, we will make every effort to let you know before the re-delivery takes place, but the delivery of our flowers in most cases is seen as the most important task

Business Addresses: When delivered the courier will check to make sure the person is working on that day and at that address. The company has the right to accept the order on the persons behalf. Any need to redirect will probably incur an extra charge. Should the business reception area be unattended the courier may leave the order there, but only after getting an okay from Flowers Auckland or the recipient.

Non- Deliveries/ Re- Deliveries due to Access Problems
A
t times, when the recipient has locked gates, dogs, no safe place to leave your order, or any neighbour to receive on their behalf, the courier will contact either Flowers Auckland or the recipient to ask what they should do. With most times when this happens the courier will charge Flowers Auckland an extra FULL delivery charge should it mean returning to the address a 2nd time, and in most instances Flowers Auckland will make contact with the sender for this cost to be paid

Gift Basket/Boxes and Gift Orders
Due to stock availability we occasionally would have to substitute items slightly. These will always be replaced with similar goods of the same or higher value. When this happens we will let you know before we send the order ,but will not hold sending should it be for a special occasoin (birthdays etc), should we not hear from you in time.

Our Discount
Due to not supplying "our" product our 10% discount offered DOES NOT APPLY for the following:
a. National Orders
b. Gift Vouchers

Card Holders Statements
The name "Flowers Auckland" will appear on all card holders statements when using your card to purchase goods.

Legal Business Name
As per our trading name of Flowers Auckland.

Our Business Origins
Flowers Auckland is a New Zealand based business and all transactions will be billed in NZD dollars, except if you , the customer, chooses to use the foreign currencies offered, which will then indicate and be billed in a Bank of New Zealand approved foreign Currency.
